About Roger McMullan

Roger McMullan is a father, husband, and creator from Maryland. He first moved to Utah for a degree in advertising, and has been fascinated with the west ever since.

His 92-page graphic novel, Cicadapocalypse was self published in 2024, and he's an active volunteer in Salt Lake City's Grid Zine Fest.

Roger believes that stories - and especially comics - are powerful tools for building empathy and understanding the world around us.
