I've been privileged to work with some amazing people, and I love creating a culture and community that trusts and enjoys one another's company.

I’ve created and hosted a treasure hunt based on the team’s fascination with Forrest Fenn’s treasure hunt.

I’ve hosted team outings to do community service, to see the solar eclipse, or to experiment fast food abominations.

I’ve hosted multiple sessions for F5 “Summer Camps” (a virtual Bring Your Child to Work day).

I’ve illustrated for, and participated in Hackathons and Learning Days.

I’ve created marketing for, and was a finalist of 58 teams in company-wide Innovation Challenge.

Plus I’ve been awarded for exceptional contributions to company culture and processes (out of 500+ employees).

And before this starts to sound too lofty, so I want to clarify that I’m also just a normal guy. A normal guy who sometimes dresses as an elf for the company’s holiday card.

I’ve had the opportunity to mentor junior and mid-level designers, introduce methodologies, and collaboratively build templates and design systems. I’m committed to help my team bloom wherever they’re planted.
